Fire report for week of May 2

On Wednesday, May 5, at 2:26 p.m. the Fire Department was dispatched to a two vehicle accident on H Hwy. just north of Hwy 82. The firefighters assisted EMS and set up a landing zone for a medical aircraft. Three truck and 12 firefighters responded.

On Thursday, May 6, at 9:52 a.m. the Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire on S. Ohio St. Truck 5 and seven firefighters responded.

On Friday, May 7, at 10:47 p.m. the Fire Department was dispatched to Hwys 54 and 39 for a vehicle fire. The department was cancelled in route when no fire was located by law enforcement. Four trucks and nine firefighters responded.
