On Sunday, Sept. 15, at 1:30 a.m. the fire department was dispatched to some animal pens that were on fire on S.W. Hwy. 82 in St. Clair County. Four trucks and 11 firefighters responded. Later that afternoon at 1:37 p.m. the department was dispatched 1 mile east of town on Hwy. 54 to a multiple motor cycle accident. Three trucks and 21 firefighters responded.
On Thursday, Sept. 19, at 4:22 p.m. the department was dispatched on a mutual aid call with Walker Fire Department for a brush fire caused by lightning at EE Hwy. and 2500 Rd. in Vernon County. Three trucks and nine firefighters responded.
On Friday, Sept. 20, at 1:40 p.m. the fire department was dispatched on a mutual aid call with Olympia Fire Department to a motor vehicle accident on BB Hwy. west of 97 Hwy. Three trucks and six firefighters responded.
