Gardner Family holds reunion

Relatives of William F. Gardner gathered on Saturday,  June 7, at the Vista Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

Roots in Virginia (pre-1840’s) ooze southern hospitality to family, friends and strangers. Sharing stories and history comes naturally as does sharing a meal. It was a bountiful one over which Lydia Wisner asked God’s blessing.

Stopping by were his granddaughter and husband:  Luella (Gardner) and John “Bill” Meloy, Christy Meloy Beck, LaDawn Black, Toni Shook, Jeremy, Rachel, Jay and Grace Rothmayer, Betty Jacobs, Lynn Gardner, Curtis and Lucinda Wisner, Dan, Shelby, Lydia, Truman, Lyla, and Eden Wisner, Kyler Wisner, Leah Crowder, Hunter Foley, Liz Engleman, Kenneth and Sharon Garrison, Ben Gardner and Makayla Delcour. The other remaining grandchild, Ed Lovewell, was unable to attend due to travel schedules.
