TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in The Preferred Family Healthcare building, 700 E. Hospital Rd., El Dorado Springs on Thursday, Aug. 1, for their regular weigh-in and meeting.
Warren, our leader, called the meeting to order.

Marilyn led us in some stretching exercises
Warren led us in roll call; 16 members weighed in. The chapter had a gain of 5.8 lbs. and a loss of 21 pounds which gave us a net loss of 15.2 lbs.
The week’s best loser was Connie with a loss of 6.0. Other good losses were; Sheryl 3 lbs. (over a three-week period), Pam 10 lbs. (Over a three-week period and Pat 2 lbs. Congratulations to all.
Linda Hall passed out the new updated Member List, the 2024-2025 Officers & Service Positions and the 2024-2025 Chapter Bylaws. Linda asked all members to please read the bylaws. If you have not received a copy of any of the above, please see Linda for a copy.
Linda Hall presented awards today, Warren earned his 1000 miles walked certificate and he was the best loser for the month with a loss of 1 pound; to receive the cash award, he would have had to lose at least five pounds. This award will keep growing for next month, currently there is $48.82 in the “Best Loser Can.” It will be interesting to see who can lose over 5 pounds this month.
Pat received Certificate and Charm for most inches lost from January to July. She lost 10.5 inches.
Jan received a black in black with perfect attendance certificate.
KOPS: Margie received a certificate and charm for coming back from vacation with a loss.
Winner of free dues was Jan.
There are nine still on the Goal Post.

He reminded us the TOPS chapter dues are $5 per month starting this month.
KOPS can pay $2 per month if they wish to.
Marble game: Jean won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.
Again, remember Fun Day Sept. 14. If you are going you must have your $15 registration paid by Thursday, Aug. 8. You must attend to receive any awards you have earned.
Pat will have the program next week and will also present a new contest.
