MEET CEDAR COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEMBER

Brent Bland is well known in the communities of El Dorado Springs and Stockton – having lived in Cedar county all his life. He entered the family business of selling cars right out of high school and retired from that business venture in 2014. His educational background is in Ministerial Studies – and as most know, he is the current Pastor at Harriman Chapel near Cedar Springs. He is also a licensed Funeral Director working at both Bland-Hackleman and Bland-Brumback funeral homes. He and wife Jennifer are parents to two sons and in his very limited spare time, he enjoys traveling. Though relatively new to the hospital board, Brent brings years of business experience to the table. He would like to see the hospital remain independently viable in the community and hopes to continue to seek additional services that keep healthcare options and the care of community members here at home lessening the need to travel for services.
