The Pleasant Springs Cemetery meeting was held at Pleasant Springs Church at 7 p.m. April 9, 2019.  There were eight interested people attending.  Mike Dawson, Chairman, called the meeting to order.  The minutes of 2018 meeting were not available but will be read at next meeting.

June Coleman reported Mike Guffey will mow the cemetery as needed for $275 each mowing.  Motion made, seconded, and approved to hire him for 2019 season.  June will contact him when mowing is needed.

As of 3-31-19, donations  for mowing and upkeep and CD and perpetual funds interest was $2,509.  Mowing expense was $1,250.  Balance in checking is $5,562.73.  Balance in CD and perpetual funds is $24,800.

Clean up day was set for April 16, 5:30 p.m.

Bonnie Keeton will complete June’s term as secretary/treasurer as June’s health will not allow her to do so.  New sign for donations is needed.  Bonnie will get one made with change of address for donations.

Keetons purchased flags for the graves of veterans and will add to graves prior to Memorial Day.  Then gather them the week after.  Meeting adjourned
