The El Dorado Springs Police Department presented two honors on Thursday, Aug. 16.

The first honoree was long-time employee Jennipher Buller, who received a Letter of Recognition for outstanding service to the City of El Dorado Springs as the Animal Control/Code Enforcement Officer.  Buller’s professionalism, dedication and mastery of animal placement saved countless number of pets. Buller also worked with property owners to bring properties into compliance with code.  She set a standard to be followed by others.

The second honoree was KESM radio personality “Crazy” Lisa Phillip, who received a Letter of Appreciation for her outstanding support of the El Dorado Springs Animal Shelter/City Pound Facility through her coordination of  the “Bark and Meow Show”, promoting animal care, placement, and donating of her time and resources for animals in the pound facility. She is truly an advocate for the pets of El Dorado Springs.
