RIBBON CUTTING AT DEBBIE KAY’S – The El Dorado Springs Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Debbie Kay’s, Floral and Vintage Market at 1214 S. Park Street, the old Pogo’s Restaurant location.
