Robin Brier jailed on failure-to-appear warrant in drug paraphernalia case

A Stockton woman was taken into custody on May 15 on an outstanding failure-to-appear warrant related to a drug paraphernalia case.
Robin Brier, 60, was arrested by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 6 p.m. Court records show Brier is charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The alleged offense date is listed as Oct. 17, 2025.
Records indicate the warrant was issued as a failure-to-appear warrant. Bond in the case was set at $250 cash only.
As of press time, the individual was still being held at the Cedar County Jail.
Sarah Brown jailed on felony stealing warrant

A woman identified in court records as Sarah Brown was taken into custody on May 15 on an outstanding felony warrant stemming from a 2024 theft case.
Brown, 46, was arrested by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 3:58 p.m. Court records show Brown is charged with stealing property valued at $750 or more, a felony offense. The alleged offense date is listed as Sept. 14, 2024.
Records indicate the warrant was issued as a capias warrant following prior court proceedings. No bond amount was listed at the time of booking.
As of press time, the individual was still being held at the Cedar County Jail.
Layne Walz jailed on probation violation warrant

A Springfield man was taken into custody on May 15 on a probation violation warrant.
Layne Walz, 28, was arrested by the Dade County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 3:21 p.m. Court records show Walz is charged with probation violation connected to a municipal ordinance case. The alleged offense date is listed as May 15, 2026.
At the time of booking, no bond had been set.
As of press time, the individual was still being held at the Cedar County Jail.
Kutter Pirraglia jailed on harassment and protection order violation charges

A man identified in court records as Kutter James Pirraglia was taken into custody on May 14 on warrants alleging harassment and violation of an order of protection.
Pirraglia, 24, was arrested by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cedar County Jail at 1:04 p.m. on May 15. Court records show Pirraglia is charged with first-degree harassment and violation of an order of protection for an adult, first offense.
The alleged offense date for the harassment charge is listed as May 15, 2026. The alleged offense date for the protection order violation is listed as April 26, 2026.
Bond was set at $10,000, cash only, on the harassment charge, and $500, cash only, on the protection order violation charge.
