Gina Riboni jailed on drug paraphernalia warrant

Gina Riboni, 53, of El Dorado Springs, was booked into the Cedar County Jail shortly after midnight Sunday, Aug. 30, on a warrant related to a drug paraphernalia charge.

According to jail records, Riboni was booked at 12:36 a.m. by the El Dorado Springs Police Department.

Riboni is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

The jail record lists the alleged offense date as July 26, 2025.

Bond was set at $181.50 cash only.

As of the booking information provided, Riboni remained listed in the Cedar County Jail.

Cody Roller jailed on burglary, resisting arrest charges

A Golden City man was booked into the Cedar County Jail Aug. 29 on warrants alleging second-degree burglary and resisting arrest by fleeing.

Cody Roller, 33, was arrested by the Dade County Sheriff’s Office and booked at 7:34 p.m. Aug. 29.

According to jail records, Roller faces the following charges:

• Second-degree burglary, with an alleged offense date of Aug. 29, 2026.

• Resisting arrest, detention or stop by fleeing and creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death to any person, with an alleged offense date of Aug. 5, 2026.

Both charges are listed as warrants. No bond was set for either charge in the booking information provided.

As of press time, Roller was being held at the Cedar County Jail.

Joshua Griggs Jailed on Failure to Register as Sex Offender Charge

An El Dorado Springs man was booked into the Cedar County Jail Aug. 25 on a warrant alleging failure to register as a sex offender.

Joshua Samuel Griggs, 44, was arrested by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office and booked at 11:14 a.m. Aug. 25.

According to jail records, Griggs is charged with failure to register as a sex offender under Missouri law. The booking record describes the underlying offense as an unclassified felony under RSMo 566 involving an A or B felony or a felony involving a child younger than 14.

The charge lists an alleged offense date of Aug. 4, 2026.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash only.

As of press time, Griggs was being held at the Cedar County Jail.

Leslie Smart jailed on dwi involving serious physical injury, driving charges

A Walnut Grove man was booked into the Cedar County Jail Aug. 20 on warrants alleging driving while intoxicated involving serious physical injury and other driving-related offenses.

Leslie Ray Smart, 48, was arrested by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office and booked at 12:27 p.m. Aug. 20.

According to jail records, Smart faces the following charges:

• DWI — serious physical injury.

• Driving while revoked or suspended.

• Failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident.

All three charges list an alleged offense date of July 10, 2026.

Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety on the DWI charge. No bond was set on the remaining two charges.

As of press time, Smart was being held at the Cedar County Jail.

Ryan Elliott jailed on harassment, property damage, stalking, dwi and protection order violation charges

A Greenfield man was booked into the Cedar County Jail Aug. 8 on multiple warrants alleging harassment, property damage, stalking, driving while intoxicated involving serious physical injury and violation of an order of protection.

Ryan Elliott, 39, was booked at 8:10 p.m. Aug. 8. The booking information lists the Dade County Sheriff’s Office as the arresting agency.

According to jail records, Elliott faces the following charges:

• First-degree harassment, with an alleged offense date of Aug. 8, 2026.

• First-degree property damage, with an alleged offense date of Aug. 8, 2026.

• First-degree stalking, first offense, with an alleged offense date of Aug. 8, 2026.

• Violation of an order of protection for an adult, first offense, with an alleged offense date of Aug. 8, 2026.

• DWI — serious physical injury, with an alleged offense date of March 8, 2022.

• First-degree harassment, with an alleged offense date of March 31, 2024.

• First-degree property damage, with an alleged offense date of April 9, 2024.

The first five charges list the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office as the arresting agency in the charge records, while the two charges stemming from alleged offenses in 2024 list the Dade County Sheriff’s Office.

All seven charges are listed as warrants with capias status. No bond amount was listed for any of the charges.
