SNIP, SNIP, SNIP

The sound of scissors snipping hair was one of many at the third Annual Back to School Extravaganza held Monday, August 9, at the First Baptist Church in El Dorado Springs. Included with the free haircut were backpacks with supplies, eye exams, dental care, and lunch for the entire family.

Sponsors for the event included El Dorado Springs Fire Department, Parents as Teachers, the Hope Center, Head Start, Cedar County Memorial Hospital, Compass Dental Health, the Gideons, the Cedar County Library, Home State Health, the First Baptist Church, West Central Missouri Community Action Agency, and MPACT.
