“The Band Plays On”

 It’s Picnic Time Again

   You can feel the excitement in the air as everyone makes preparations for this next week. Band members got some new music last weekend to try out for the Picnic, and we hope you like it as much as we did. If you have ever seen the movie “The Great Race” hopefully you remember the song “Pie In Your Face Polka”. It is a great movie and a wonderful song that we hope you will like. It sure keeps our clarinet players’ fingers flying as they zip through this terrific piece. Come listen to your Band at 7 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings during the Picnic, then on Sunday at 2. We’d love to play for you.
