We welcomed Claudia Gaylord our area advocate. She is visiting our chapter and presented the program today.

She spoke on ways to get our mind set on choosing a healthier lifestyle.

Consistency is the key. Take one day at a time. Limit your focus to today.

Listen to your body. Do you need water, do you need to exercise, do you need to eat?

Enjoy your day, find the beauty in everyday life.

Exercise, find something you enjoy doing

Just breathe and be kind to yourself

Remember: No one can change yesterday.

Today’s changes make the difference

Fill your mind with good thoughts.

Claudia said “you can do it if you put your mind to it.”

Thank You Claudia for visiting our chapter and for your great program.

Marble Game: Sue C won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.

Contest: Marilyn said she is adding the chance for one more point. You get a additional point if you call your partner.

With no other business meeting was adjourned with Linda’s quote of the week.” You’ll never get bored when you try something new. There’s no limit to what you can do.” Dr. Seuss
