TOPS January awards next week

TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in The Firefly Services building, formerly known as “Preferred Family Thursday, Jan. 30, for their regular weigh in and meeting.

Our leader, Warren called the meeting to order, Carol led us in singing “TOPS Pals Go Marching Along”

Warren led us in our TOPS and KOPS Pledge.

No one wanted to do exercises today, it was decided if our leader loses one pound or more next week, we will not have to do exercises!

Warren then led us in Roll Call.

Fifteen members weighed in, we had a Loss of 11.8 and a gain of 2.8 leaving us with a net loss of 9 pounds! Some really good losses, Warren lost 1.4, Tammy lost 3.2 and Laura lost 3.4. The best loser for the week was Pat with a loss of 3.6 Pounds. Congratulations Pat and all other winners by losing.

Laura introduced a guest speaker, Bobbi Ogle who spoke to us on the health benefits of doTERRA Essential Oils. She gave an interesting program on how essential oils can help keep us healthy. Thank you, Laura, for this program.

January Awards will be next week.

The contest is pending for now.

Marble Game: There is $55.50 in the pot. Laura won the chance to draw but did not get the winning one. There are only seven marbles left so there will be a winner soon.

Warren said this is the last day for measurements.

With no other business we closed with our motto “IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME”
