Marble Game:  Laura won the right to draw but did not draw a winning one. The pot is at $72.00.

With no other business the floor was turned over to Robbie for the program.

Robbie spoke on “Ten Things To Get Back On Track.” With the New Year each of us start out with a plan to do better and lose weight and exercise and eat healthy. Here are a few things to help get going;

Start NOW by recommitting today

Drink water like it is your job!

Plan each meal

Eat to live, don’t live to eat

Revisit your food journal and repeat a good week

Move to get your sweat on

Don’t let a bad week turn into a bad month

Vegetables are your friend

Repeat all this tomorrow!

She gave us a few affirmations you can use to help your attitude;

I’m doing this for ME

No matter what happened yesterday, today is a new day

My body deserves respect

I can change my habits

If it to be, it is up to me

I put the ‘umph” in triumph

I AM WORTH IT

She took her program from “TOPS Real Life, Real People” guide.

Thank you, Robbie, for a great program.

With no other business meeting was adjourned with a quote from Jean “Don’t reward yourself with food, you are NOT a dog”

And—“If it is to be It is up to ME”
