TOPS Thursday evening Chapter #1325

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) MO 1325, meets at 6 p.m every Thursday evening in Grace United Methodist, 201 East Broadway. Visitors are always welcome (preteens, teens, and adults – male and female). The first meeting is free.

This week in our meeting:

The meeting was called to order by our leader Becky.  Beginning the new year with some really great losses, great job everybody.

Becky attended the Resume Workshop. The Field Staff member that had the workshop was Claudia Gaylord, she showed how to do resumes.

The program was given by Becky on Fats.

Our Area Captain, Claudia Gaylord, will attend our meeting on March 29. We are excited to have her visit again.
