Our first meeting in a year, due to the virus, was held at the home of Georgia Detwiler who served as hostess and co-hostess on March 8, with eight members present. Georgia, president, called the meeting to order. The minutes and treasurers report were given. Old business was a discussion of our previous year’s meeting plans and that the club will start where we left off and continue what was already scheduled. The members need to think about our meeting in May and suggestions for that meeting. There was no new business.

Sherry Wiseman reported that the West Central New Growth Women’s Business Center offices will be located in the Liston School building. The center will be based in El Dorado Springs serving 15 counties in  Missouri and two in Kansas and the center’s purpose is to assist women entrepreneurs in their business.

Our next meeting on April 12 will be with hostess Sheryl Henry and co-hostess  Evelyn Boyle. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned to enjoy a delicious dessert made by Georgia followed by visiting.
