Twilight Gardeners hold November meeting

Twilight Gardeners Garden Club meets at 6 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at Grace Methodist Church.  The November meeting was hosted by Carolyn West and the program was given by Jeana Ochsner on Hemp, CBD and Medical Marijuana.  In-depth handouts were provided.  The latest developments occurring in this field were presented along with examples of products which are now being used for many health-related concerns.  It was an educational and enlightening experience.  

Chris Hoeme of Zoe Soza’s Family Life Market showed the group several related products which are available at the business site.  Following the program, a short business meeting addressed dates to judge Smoky the Bear Posters, the December Christmas Dinner event and working on the 2020 year book. 

Marilyn Dresch, secretary, gave a report from the last meeting and Mona Van Wey, treasurer, reported on the District Meeting hosted by Twilight in October which resulted in the club showing a profit from the event.  

The next meeting will be Jan. 21.
