Twilight Gardeners welcomes a new member

The twilight garden club enjoyed a member’s garden tour.  We visited the gardens of Marilyn Dresch, Carolyn West, Jennifer Bland, Rhonda Friar and ended at Shelly Marshall’s home and garden.  All the gardens were different and unique and all were beautiful.

We had a salad luncheon at Shelly’s home followed by a short meeting.

There were 9 members and four guests present.

We tabled the discussion about the fall garage/plant sale till the August meeting.

Ursella told us our chapter won a purple ribbon at the convention.

There was some discussion as to why we remain in the Federation and what exactly does being in the federation do for us.  Generally, it is probably to our advantage to remain in the federation.

We welcomed a new member, one of our guests decided to join us, welcome Jennifer Shanks!

We thank Shelly for hosting the luncheon.

We will not meet in July.
