WAYSIDE INN MUSEUM RECOGNIZES PEGGY SIBLEY AT LOCAL ART SHOW

for her outstanding artistic abilities in preserving the past and history of El Dorado Springs, Missouri through her beautiful artwork.

The plaque that was given to Peggy Sibley:

WAYSIDE INN MUSEUM HOSTS LOCAL ART SHOW HONORING OUR LOCAL TALENT. ARTIST RECEPTION WAS HELD ON SUNDAY, SEPT. 22, WITH SOME OF THE ARTISTS THERE TO MEET AND VISIT WITH THE PUBLIC along with a table full of harvest refreshments.

Some of our artists included:  Peggy Sibley, Kirk Sibley, Tad Johnston, David Barger, Rachael Daulton, Doris Allen, Ava Phipps, Ruth Julian-Green, Mary Martin, Kent Maris, Starla Dobbs, Mike Conway, Patty King, Michael Wood, Ruth Ellen Campbell, Hazel Brewer, Kathy Grant, Eva Marie Barlow, Wilma McKinley, George Hart, Deb Leibbrandt, Bridgette Wallace, Blanche Fischer, Roberta Conley, Ernie Harris, along with others.  Some of our artists featured are no longer with us.

The Art Show was held during the month of September and had multiple visitors throughout the month; even including a Model T Club that had a private tour.

Special thanks to everyone who participated or came through to visit.  Our next event will be the Chili Cook Off on Saturday, Oct. 19.
