The Mt. Zion area was without electric for over 18 hours, some more, some less. First time being out that long as we’ve had electricity in my home. We are very thankful for all the people that worked long hours to get the electric back on.
Over at the Robin Siegismund Farm, Belle is trying to be humble, she has admitted to Speck and Petey that maybe she will be nicer to Mark’s dog mutt (still not using his real name yet). He does help work and minds well and Robin gives him treats. Maybe she will try to be nicer. Robin is knitting and Mabel is enjoying the little people.
Judy and Terry Piepmier have been keeping doctor’s appointments, both getting good reports.
Wanda Rector is still resting up for her next big trip, she says it takes a few days longer as she is getting older.
Sunday dinner guests at the home of Marge Zink and Stacy and Mike Griffith were Howard and Brenda Peterson.
Rockville Hand Quilters were happy to have everyone present Thursday for quilting. We quilt every Thursday afternoon; you are welcome to stop by at the Rockville United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall from 2 to 4 p.m.
