You are always welcome to join us for worship 9 a.m. Sunday.

The Mt. Zion Home Bible study met Tuesday, 7 p.m. to study the Bible in the home of Tom and Beverly Pelkey; would enjoy having you join us.

Mt. Zion Club will meet Nov 20, for all day meeting at Marge Zink’s home.

Wish a speedy recovery to Jaunita Sorrells who is a patient a the Elliott Memorial Hospital in Appleton City after a fall.

Mt. Zion area has been enjoying the good  weather, farmers are able to begin harvesting soy beans again. Looks like Mother Nature can’t decide what kind of weather she wants us to have.

Area birthdays are Tom Pelkey, Mabel Siegismund, Arron and Joel Siegismund. Greg Pelkey spent the weekend with Tom and Beverly Pelkey, checking out the hunting.

Wanda Rector spent the weekend with family in Branson taking in the shows.

Marge Zink and Beverly Pelkey are still doing exercise. Beverly doing good, Marge still complaining but doing better.

I saw the most awesome sight along the rural road side, frost flowers, stopped and took a good look, pick one and took it apart, it was so pretty, delicate layers, compares with maybe cotton candy only finer.

Dixie Peterson enjoyed her company this pasted week and making progress in her therphy. Marge enjoyed a phone call from her.

Over at the Robin Siegismund Farm, Robin and Belle are preparing for Mable’s birthday celebration. Those little grandkids are harder than chicken to keep  track off.

Julia Snethen got a good doctors report. John still doing therapy.
