TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in the Hill Baptist Church, 1300 S Summer St, El Dorado Springs Thursday, June 2, for their weekly weigh-in and meeting.
Linda Hall, Leader, called the meeting to order.
Carol led us in singing “It’s Not Too Late.”
We said our TOPS and KOPS pledges.
Linda H led us in roll call and walking reports. Twenty members weighed in, we had a gain of 16.4 lbs. and a loss of 11.2 lbs. resulting in a net gain of 5.2 lbs. Best loser for the week was Pam with a loss of 3.6 lbs. Congratulations Pam.
Linda presented the awards for May.
Total losses in May were 47.6, gains were 43.8 giving us a net loss of 308 for the month.
Best loser for the month was Pam with a loss of 4 lbs. Congratulations Pam.
Winner of free dues was Tammy.
We had seven of nine KOPS with perfect attendance and below goal.
Seven TOPS are “on the stick” meaning they only have 20 lbs. or less to become a KOPS.

CONTEST: Marilyn said most all who signed up for the chapter contest received a lot of points. In order to fulfill the exercise requirement, she had us march in place for 1 minute.
MARBLE GAME: Constance won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.
Linda reminded us elections will be 2nd week in July. She has passed out slips for members to indicate what “jobs” they would be willing to do.
We will go over By-Laws on June 16. There will be many changes so bring your copy so you can follow along.
The Secretary’s report was read and approved as read.
Treasures report was read and approved
Laura will be running for Bushwhacker Queen in Nevada on June 11. She needs a sponsor and wants TOPS to sponsor her, she will advertise for TOPS and show her before and now pictures on posters on her car in the parade. There is a cleaning cost for the dress she is borrowing from the museum and costs for the posters. LJ made a motion to donate $25 to sponsor her in this event, Marilyn 2nd motion carried.
We sang Happy Anniversary to Bill & Lynda (56 years) and to Jim and Jean (62 years).
With no other business meeting was adjourned with Linda’s thought of the week:
