News from Harwood and Schell City

Madalyn’s Kitchen, south of Schell City, will be closed Christmas Day, Dec. 25 through Sunday, Dec. 27. She will reopen on Monday, Dec. 28. She will close at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24.

Mr. and Mrs. Joey Coy, Hunter and Amy of Calhoun spent the weekend in the home of Jerry and Karen Coy of Harwood.

The Harwood Post Office is open Monday through Saturday from 1:15-3:15 p.m. so people can get their mail buy stamps and mail packages. The lobby is open 24 hours a day so people can get their mail out of their box.

Bob and Cheryl Ellerman of Edwards, Jesse and Amy Gant of Richards and Mike Ellerman of Higginsville spent Saturday, Dec. 19, in the home of Jewell and Helen Ellerman for an early Christmas. They all had dinner at Madalyn’s Kitchen.
