Madalyn Crocker will hold her Fourth of July celebration at the Schell City Park on Saturday, July 25. She will furnish the meat and someone will have the drinks. Everyone attending is bringing a dish and their lawn chair. They will start eating at 6 p.m. There will be fireworks at dark.

Hewell and Helen Ellerman, who attended the Grace United Methodist Church, also attended the Red Neck Revival at the church Sunday morning and Sunday evening, put on by Bob and Alta Courtney from Branson. They have a show at Branson every Wednesday night. Alta is from the El Dorado Springs area. She is the daughter of the late Raymond Reasoner. He step-mother, Jo Ann Alexander still lives in El Dorado along with most of her half brothers and half sister. They have a very good show.

A large crowd attended the surprise breakfast for Everett and Pat who are leaving sometime the last of July to go and be close to their children in Tennessee. It was put on by Madalyn Crocker at the Schell City Community building on Saturday, July 11.

Madalyn’s Kitchen, south of Schell City is still closed on Sunday’s because the Health Department had still not said she can open up her buffet yet. She is still open during the week.

The Harwood Post Office is open Monday thru Saturday from 1:15-3:15 so people can get their mail, buy stamps and mail packages. The lobby is open 24 hours a day so people can get their mail out of their box.

Somebody told me that the Harwood Baptist Church is opened up again but I can not get in touch with Pastor.
