by Dora Jean McKinley

Marilyn Entrikin was on her front porch watching the world go by. And, of course, Treasa Brewer has been watching her go by.

October was pastor appreciation month. So, Marilyn said the church had a dinner for the pastor and family. Lots of people and lots of good food. Marilyn sent me a poem, “I’m Fine.” It was so true about life and how we feel about our health.

Marilyn saw Tex McKinley but not Dora Jean at Wal-Mart. While at the gas station, Tex saw a man he knew many years ago. His vehicle needed a jump start and Tex gave him a jump. His vehicle started right away. Never pass up an old friend, they’re hard to find.
