Morning message at the Rockville United Methodist Church by Pastor Larry Sorrells titled the Unexpected Evangelist from John 4:4-42. You are always welcome to join us for worship Sunday at 9 p.m.

Mt. Zion Home Bible study met Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Tom and Beverly Pelkey home to study the Bible, 11 were in attendance; every one is welcome to join us.

Mt. Zion area enjoyed a few days of sunshine this past week, preparing us for more cloudy rainy weather which will make more mud. Mud like we’ve not had for a few years. Neighbors made it out to vote, will be another election in April. There are several more elections this year.

Tom Pelkey keeps his eye appointment in Warrensburg Monday, rained all the way there and back. The best thing was he got a good report, and Tom and Beverly eat out on the way home. Beverly Pelkey worked the election polls at Ohio Christian Church.

Over at the Robin Siegismund Farm, Belle has enjoyed the sunshine, but thinks Robin has been running around too much and she has had to stay locked in the yard for reason known only to Robin for Belle is a good dog.

Dixie Peterson still at Truman Lake Manor doing therapy better and enjoying visitors and mail.

At Rockville Hand Quilters we finished the Sunbonnet Sue Quil, looking forward to our next one. We enjoy visitors on Thursday. Quilting at the Rockville United Methodist Church, in the Fellowship Hall from 1-5 p.m. coffee at 2:30 p.m.

Wanda Rector visited her youngest great-granddaughter in Harrisonville Friday afternoon.

John Snethen and Ron enjoyed dinner in the Micheal Snethen home Sunday. Julia is staying close to home these days.

Several were out snagging Sunday there was plenty of water. The biscuits and gravy at the Taberville Firehouse were delicious. Thanks to all who came. The Fire trucks have been busy lately.
