Seniors had fun at Senior ‘Center’ prom

Marilyn Entrikin is getting over the lousy summer cold. A lot of sunshine looks good for that.

The Senior Center had a “senior prom” for the seniors. Marilyn said it was a lot of fun. A couple was voted king and queen. Many door prizes were won. Good food, good entertainment and good company.

I can’t say I did, but Tex McKinley had a lot of visitors this week. Danny Hogan from Horton stopped by. He has been busy doing house repairs and working in his garden.

Our cats have had a lot of hot weather to deal with. Our little Angel has been eyeballing the deep freeze again. We watch close so she doesn’t get any cold ideas.
