Mt. Zion Home Bible study is held in the home of Tom and Beverly Pelkey each Tuesday at 7 p.m. to study the Bible with 10 in attendance.

Mt. Zion Club met Dec. 21 at the Landmark Restaurant in Lowry City with 13 members present for their Christmas Lunch before going to Kathleen Dryer’s home for presents and dessert. Roll call was a Christmas you remember from your childhood.

Tom and Beverly Pelkey kept Tom’s eye appointment in Warrensburg Thursday, they enjoyed dinner out.

We wish Carolyn Kenney a speedy recovery.

Dixie Peterson, Marge Zink and Sheri Suster from the Mt. Zion area enjoyed Bunco at the Lowry City Branch of the Library Tuesday; you really should join us, its lots of fun.

Wishing Florence French a happy 93rd birthday.

The Rockville Hand Quilters met Thursday to enjoy a relaxing afternoon of quilting and fellowship; you are welcome to join us each Thursday afternoon. We put in another quilt, many hands made fast work, especially when you are having fun.

Kent Crawford, John Manes and Dennis Saggart were visitors in the Howard and Dixie Peterson home.

John and Julia Snethen attended the Clinton Chapter #73 meeting on Monday evening, John ran his bus route the rest of the week and Julia got a permanent on Thursday then visited with Maureen Wallace in Clinton in the afternoon.
