The morning’s message at Rockville United Methodist Church by Larry Sorrells was “Spiritual Renewed” from Isaiah 40:28-31. You are always welcome to join us for worship at 9 a.m. Sunday.

Seed catalogs are starting to arrive to let us know it is not long until spring. Time to plant lettuce on Valentine’s Day.

One of the founding members of the Rockville Hand Quilters at the Rockville United Methodist Church, Armelda McEwan went to be with her Lord on Feb. 5, 2021, at her farm home in rural Appleton City. Funeral services will be on Feb. 11. Armelda was a beautiful quilter and attended until recently. Our sympathy to the family, we will all miss her.

Over at the Robin Siegismund Farm, not much going on except chores ,just waiting for Spring. Belle has been on good behavior, sad that it didn’t snow for she loves making snow angels. Robin is making little peoples quilts.

Tom and Beverly Pelkey are keeping busy doing the usual. This cold weather will shrink the round woodpiles. Tom is glad for the fairy in the neighborhood.

Julia Snethen was home this past week, the car was on the blink. John made his normal trips with the Oats Bus Tuesday and Thursday. Ron Thompson was called in to help keep the roads cleared.
