Fentanyl is the #1 killer of American’s ages 18 – 45
April Babcock, President, Lost Voices of Fentanyl, aprilbb33@icloud.com Lost Voices of Fentanyl (LVOF) is holding their fourth annual rally on Saturday, July 13th in Washington DC. Founded by April Babcock in 2019 following the loss of her son, Austen, due to Fentanyl poisoning, LVOF has been committed to raising awareness and pressuring lawmakers to take decisive action, such as securing America’s borders, closing the de minimis shipping loophole exploited by China, designating the Mexican cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and declaring Fentanyl a Weapon of Mass Destruction. The rally will be attended by members of LVOF, who will be escorted by the police to the White House for this impactful event. Attendees will voice their concerns to President Biden and other government leaders. Featured speakers include:
– Thomas D. Homan – 2017 Director of Ice
– Kimberly T. Glas – NCTO President and CEO
– Victor Avila – Retired Supervisory Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) under ICE
– Jaeson Jones – Retired Captain of Public Safety
– Derek Maltz Sr. – Retired DEA Executive To show solidarity and support to ending the Fentanyl crisis and preventing further loss of precious lives, we encourage the media and the public to join the event at the Washington Monument at 10:00 AM or the White House at 4:00 PM and let your voice be heard. “We will raise our voices for those who can no longer speak for themselves,” said April Babcock, LVOF President. “The pain of losing a child is indescribable, and we are determined to fight relentlessly until effective measures are taken to end this crisis.” For additional information, please go to LVOF.org.
