Have you ever wanted to attend a program that covered virtually every topic concerning money? Your wish has been granted. University of Missouri Extension in Vernon County will offer the Making Money Count program in Nevada.

The class develops skills in making decisions and communicating about money, spending plans, credit, consumer skills and contracts, record keeping and taxes, banking services, insurance and savings and investing. Each unit includes additional resources to supplement learning, offer real life examples and reinforce the curriculum’s text.

The program will include four sessions, on Mondays, Aug. 1, 8, 15 and 22, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The cost of the program will be $45 per person or couple, with refreshments provided each night.
