On Nov. 30, El Dorado Springs Police officers, assisted by deputies from Cedar and St. Clair Counties, served a search warrant at 319 West Joe Davis Street, after they received information of illegal drug activities.
A St. Clair County Sheriff’s narcotics detection dog alerted on several areas within the interior of the residence and a vehicle in the driveway. Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were located with an estimated 40 grams of methamphetamine and 60 grams of marijuana seized as evidence by officers.
The investigation resulted in the arrests of four El Dorado Springs residents:
Teri L. (Munoz Olson, 45, charging her with 2 Counts of Class B Felony Possession of Control Substance with Intent to Distribute, 2 Counts of Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2 Counts of Class C Felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child Involving Drugs, and Class D Felony of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia;
Shane T Stewart, 37, charging him with 2 Counts of Class B Felony Possession of Control Substance with Intent to Distribute, 2 Counts of Class C Felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child Involving Drugs, and Class D Felony of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia;
Heather (Molz) Willmore, 30, charging her with Class B Felony Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, 2 Counts of Class C Felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child Involving Drugs, and Class D Felony of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and
Joshiah J Ruston, 35, charging him with Class B Felony Possession of Control Substance with Intent to Distribute, 2 Counts of Class C Felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child Involving Drugs, and Class D Felony of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia,
Officers received Cedar County warrants with no bonds on all subjects.
