3:00 p. m. Non-Livestock entries check-in begins. Attach entry tags and complete summary sheet.

5:00 p. m. Non-Livestock entries check-in ends; area closed for judging. Rabbit and Poultry check-in begins.

6:00 p.m. All rabbits and poultry must be in place.

7:00 p.m. Rabbit show begins.  Poultry show will begin after Rabbit show.

Friday, June 17 

8:30 a.m. Horse Show at Fair Grounds

4:00 p.m. Livestock (Breeding and Market Animals) Check-In begins.  All animals will be inspected by species chair prior to unloading.

6:00 p.m. All livestock must be in place.

6:30 p.m. Livestock weigh-in begins.

8:00 p.m. Exhibitor Meeting in Arena

Saturday, June 18 

8:00 a.m. Livestock Classes judged in the following order: Swine, Sheep, Meat Goats, Dairy Goats, Dairy and Beef

5:00 p.m. Checkout for non- livestock exhibits.  Premiums will be paid at checkout.

6:00 p.m. All non-livestock projects must be removed from area

6:30 p.m. Livestock auction buyer’s social

6:45 p.m. Awards and Trophies presented

7:00 p.m. Livestock auction begins.  Auction animals will be released at the end of the sale.  Premiums will be mailed the following week.

10:00 p.m. All exhibits must be off the fairgrounds.
