Beef cow – calf operation production workshop in Stockton Feb. 7

Cedar County MU Extension Center and Council will present the MU Extension Beef Cow – Calf Operation Production Workshop at 6 p.m. Feb. 7, in the Cedar County Library located at 717 East Street, Stockton. The presenters will be Cedar County MU Extension Regional Livestock Specialist Patrick Davis and Dallas County MU Extension Regional Livestock Specialist Andy McCorkill.     

Topics to be covered during the beef cow – calf operation workshop are:

• Management

• Nutrition

• Reproduction

• Genetics

• Health

Cost of the workshop is $15 per person. Registration and payment for the workshop is due by Feb. 6.  There will be no refunds if you cancel after Feb. 6.
