Celebrate Optimist Day with free skating

Optimist Day is always the first Thursday in February. Optimist International Clubs and members celebrate Optimist Day to encourage positive thoughts and actions and bring awareness to their community projects.

In honor of Optimist Day, Feb 1, and National Random Acts of Kindness Day, Saturday, February 17, the Nine Wonders Optimist and El Dorado Optimist Clubs are sponsoring FREE SKATE NIGHT at the Skate Town rink in El Dorado Springs from 6 – 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb 17. Admission is free to the first 100 school age kids.
