MU Extension offers parenting class

The University of Missouri Extension in Cass County is offering a virtual workshop “Surviving Parenting the Teen Years” class October 17, 2020 from 10 a.m. -12 p.m. via zoom.

Raising adolescents or tweens? This class is for you. Adapted from the Parenting A Second Time Around curriculum, this is a parenting program designed for anyone who is raising teens.  We’ll discuss adolescent behavior and when things have progressed beyond typical; and how to provide guidance and maintain safety.  Continuing education hours available for foster families.
