Pre-register by Feb. 17 Beef Reproduction Workshop Feb. 20 in Nevada

The Vernon County MU Extension Center and Council will hold a workshop discussing beef cattle reproduction management beginning at 6 p.m. Feb. 20 in the Vernon County Fairgrounds Diner at 1488 East Ashland St, Nevada. The speakers will be Patrick Davis, Cedar County MU Extension Regional Livestock Specialist, and Andy McCorkill, Dallas County MU Extension Regional Livestock Specialist.

Topics covered will consist of:

• Strategies and technologies that improve cattle reproductive efficiency

• Cattle management to improve reproductive efficiency

• Replacement Heifer Development
