Time to get outdoors

Turkey season, mushroom hunting and Crappie fishing are upon us. All are fantastic opportunities to get outdoors and there’s normally not much “social distancing” to be concerned with. I’ve already heard of folks finding morels. This Saturday and Sunday (April 4-5) is the spring youth turkey season. Youth hunters who are age 6-15 on opening day may hunt. Youth may also hunt during the regular Spring Turkey season which is Monday, April 20 through Sunday, May 10.
