Delmer Ray Fast, 88, passed away Thursday, Aug. 29. He was born to Russell and Lula (Steward) Fast on April 7, 1936, in Chelsie, SD.
A graveside service was held Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 1 p.m. at Brasher Cemetery with Charles Boultinghouse officiating.
