Edna Lee Wisner , 86, was born Feb. 15, 1930, in Osceola to Andrew B. Shinn and Ida Bell (Garrison) Shinn. She passed away Sept. 17, 2016, in El Dorado Springs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Allen Wisner; her parents, Andrew B. ad Ida Bell Shinn; two daughters Marian Gale Wisner and Sharon Lucille (Wisner) LaRue.
Edna is survived by one son, Robert Eugene Wisner, and wife, Mary, El Dorado Springs; one daughter, Lena Kay Dobbs; grandchildren – Tracy Sharp-Robertson, and husband, Frederick – Simpsonville, SC; Douglas Wisner; Christopher Wisner and Maquade Dodds; son-in-law, John Larue, other relatives and many friends.
Services were held Friday, Sept. 23, in Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel, Osceola, with Pastor Mike Banks officiating. Music was “Lilly of the Valley,” “Old Rugged Cross” and “Amazing Grace.” Casketbearers were family and friends. Interment was in Bear Creek Cemetery, Osceola, under direction of Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home, Osceola.
