Kathy Leann Coleman

Kathy Leann Coleman, 66, of Gulf Breeze, FL, passed away Friday, Feb. 7, 2025.

She was born Jan. 31, 1959 to Kenneth and Eva Marie (Schiereck) Coleman. Kathy grew up in El Dorado Springs. Her outgoing personality led to many activities and sports throughout her school years, she was a graduate of the class of 1977.

Her chosen career of nursing began at Ft Scott Community College where she earned her Registered Nurse degree. Her compassion for people and gentle manner served her well throughout her life, most which was spent in New Jersey. The peaceful beaches of Florida spoke to her and she made her home there in the last several years.

Kathy is survived by two sons, Chad Gronsky and Tyler Gronsky of Seattle, WA; nephew, Jesse (Chealea) Coleman; niece, Lakyn Coleman and two great nephews, Jerico and Jasper Coleman.

She also leaves her loyal companion and beloved pet dog, Maggie Mae.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents and brother, James Coleman.

She will be sadly missed by a host of friends and family.
