Kenneth Dean Troyer, 57, passed away on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, in his home in Rogers, AR. He was born July 10, 1960. He is survived by his parents, Forrest and Sally Troyer, of El Dorado Springs; sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Joe Swopes of Bella Vista, AR; aunts and cousins in various Missouri locations as well as friends and co-workers.

Ken graduated from El Dorado Springs High School in 1978. He enjoyed playing trombone in the High School Band. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church all is growing-up years. Ken was employed with various companies over the years but for the past couple of years, Ken worked at a Kum and Go convenience store in Rogers, AR.

Ken had a huge heart and one might say he was always a bit on the mischievous side. He had his own way and viewpoints on many subjects and was his own opinionated self. He was a dreamer and had always dreamed of visiting New York City and Broadway. He loved and enjoyed many Broadway series shows at the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville, AR, and would always share with great enthusiasm if it was “The Best Ever.”

Ken had a great companion that was always by his side but did not argue or talk back. This would be Eldo, his bulldog. Eldo was actually Joe and Janet’s dog but when Ken lived with them Eldo quickly became Ken’s and they were inseparable.

No service is planned at his request. Ken, you will be missed. Rest in Peace, son, brother and friend.
