Marguerite Ann (Tennison) Goodwin

Marguerite Ann (Tennison) Goodwin, 94, born March 28, 1930, went to her Heavenly home on May 6, 2024.

Marguerite was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Aileen Slankard; husband, Wayne; son, David; brothers, Lester, Jr.(Sonny), Bobby and Ernie; granddaughters, Tammy Steffen and Carrie Goodwin; grandson, Aaron Goodwin; son-in-laws, Ray Bruce and Kenneth Osborne and daughter-in-law, Connie Goodwin.

She is survived by five of her six children, Molly Goodwin of Independence, MO, Richard and wife, Debbie Goodwin of Nevada, Johnnie Goodwin of Deerfield, MO, Rebekah (Becky) Bruce, Paul Goodwin both of Nevada. Marguerite was blessed with 14 grandchildren and survived by 11; 25 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren; Uncle Bobbie and wife, Jeannie Neely; brother Dennis; sister, Leslie and multiple others who call her “Mom” and “Grandma.”

Interment will be at ElDorado Springs City Cemetery.

Viewing will be from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, May 9. Funeral will begin at 2 p.m. at Bland Hackleman Funeral Home
