Michael Lee Johnson, age 68, passed away March 8, 2020, from a short illness. Michael was born October 13, 1951, in Clinton, Missouri, to Leo and Marcia (Ashley) Johnson.
Michael was saved at a young age. He attended grade school in Clinton, Missouri, and graduated from El Dorado Springs High School. He served four years in the Marines.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Marcia Johnson, and a nephew, Benjamin Proctor.
Michael is survived by his son, Matthew and wife Meagan (Jones) Johnson, and three grandchildren, Tucker, Maggie, and Liam, all of Clinton, Missouri; his brother, Larry and wife Sharon of Neosho, Missouri; sister, Sheri Proctor and husband Terry of El Dorado Springs, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home. No service is planned. Interment will be in Springfield National Cemetery at a later date.
