Mora Ann Dunfield, 80, El Dorado Springs, passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 9, 2024. Ann was born on March 21, 1944, to George and Leona Murphy.
Ann loved talking on the phone with her son and looking at pictures of her granddaughters. She also loved spending time with her sister, Lola; grandson, Zach; and her great-granddaughter, Riverlynn. Her giggle was a special giggle like no one else. She had an unconditional love for her family and the Lord like no other. She was saved at a young age and a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Virgil City until her health failed her. She was the sweetest, most caring and loving woman ever. Her great granddaughter Riverlynn was one of her best friends. Very rarely did you not see her and Riverlynn together.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband, George Dunfield; parents, George and Leona Murphy; daughters, Vicki Flatterich (Dunfield) and Cheryl Donner; son-in-law, Daniel Donner; brother, Jesse Murphy, brother-in-law, Joe Dunfield; and her great-granddaughter, Charlie Dunfield.
Ann is survived by her son, George “Tommy” Dunfield and wife, Cheyanne of Fairview, WV; sister, Lola Dunfield of Virgil City, MO; grandson, Waylon Donner and Teri Jo of El Dorado Springs; grandson, Zach and Shelby Dunfield of El Dorado Springs; granddaughters, Briella and Skyelee Dunfield of Farview, WV; grandson, Trever Dunfield of Stockton; Grandson, Tyler and wife, Amber Snowden of Sheldon, MO; great-grandchildren: Riverlynn and Gannon Dunfield, Robert, Jack, and James Donner all of El Dorado Springs, Wyatt, Raelynn, and Bently Snowden of Sheldon, MO, and Remington Crayne of El Dorado Springs; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and family who all love her dearly.
