Nancy J (Gilpin) Campbell

Nancy J (Gilpin) Campbell, 78, was the daughter of Oren ‘Shorty’ and L. Juanita Gilpin.

Nancy spent most of her growing years in and around El Dorado Springs. She was still friends with people she’d went through school with as well as other life long friends. She could strike up a conversation with anybody she met. Nancy moved to Wichita KS for several years and California before resettleing in Missouri. In her final year or so Nancy had resettled in Joplin with her son, Micheal Brite. She will be missed by many.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, sister, Donita Vogal; two nephews, Tim Bough and Jeffery Gilpin; one niece, Cheryl Fox.

Nancy leaves two sisters, LeAnnis Fox and Juva and Cotton Dobbs; five children Kevin Morgan, Kelly and Michele Morgan Kristina Wagner, Micheal Brite and Nicola Brite; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Nancy will have a grave side service and the date and time will be determined at a later date.
