Pearl Ruth Larsen, 91, was born Sept, 29, 1924, in Rockville to Fredrick Carl Freyer and Ethel Belle (Chappell) Freyer. She left this earth for her Heavenly Home on Sunday, Aug. 14, 2016, to join her family members who had preceded her in death: her father; mother; a daughter, Elaine Larsen; daughter-in-law, Leta P. Larsen; her brother, Bob Freyer; two grand-daughters, Barbie Larsen and Andrea O’Brien; and her loving husband; Alder Fredrick Larsen.

Pearl attended High School in Rockville. She was united in marriage to Adler Fredrick Larsen of Albert-Lee, MN, on Aug. 20, 1958. They lived happily together for 41 years in El Dorado Springs.

She worked as an in-home living assistant until she retired at the age of 80 years old.

Pearl enjoyed her family, church, friends, photos and gardening.

She is survived by her sons – Jerald Q. Larsen – El Dorado Springs, Carl E. (Eddie) Larsen and wife, Lee Anna – Odessa, Ivan N. Larsen and wife, Jennifer – Santiago, Chile and Alan M. (Mike) Larsen and wife Judy – Hornell, NY.

Pearl is also survived by her family of 13 grand-children, 21 great-grand-children, and six great great-grand-children and many wonderful friends.

Her final resting place on Aug. 20, 2016, is in Rockville Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her husband, daughter and parents.

Services were held Saturday, Aug. 20, in Sheldon Funeral Home, El Dorado Springs, with Pastor Robert Fox officiating. Music was “Precious Memories,” “Amazing Grace” and “If You Knew Where I Was Standing.” Casketbearers were Sean Larsen, Shane Larsen, Joshua Orthlip, Ryan Funk, Harley Funk and David Capps.
