Wilma Ellen Hickcox

Wilma Ellen “Cookie” (Ellifrits) Hickox, 84, passed away Aug. 23, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Hickcox Jr., in 1984.

A service will begin at 1 p.m. Aug. 31 in the Church on the Hill in Stockton.  A graveside service will be begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1, in New Salem Cemetery in Couch.  Arrangements are under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
