The river is bank full and rising. They were able to launch a boat this morning but I don’t know now.

Blue cats are biting. You can’t set lines. Too much trash.

They are catching some flatheads.

We are open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Closed Sundays and Mondays until next snagging season.

The crappie have moved deep in the brush piles. It’s hard to get them to come out to take the bait. If you don’t catch a fish in 10 minutes, move. If you find a good one, it will be a good one.

I had to down size to a 1/16 oz, jig head and 1 inch plastic.

The walleye were on the brush piles but they were all short.

The lake is 9.87 ft. high at 70 degrees.

Our hours are 8-5.

They are having a 400 boat high school scholarship tournament today (Saturday). One of the kids said they are catching white bass today, Yesterday everything was biting – crappie, black bass, wall eye.

Gator Shaw said Thursday I caught my limit of crappie and wall eye trolling a chartreuse and yellow Flicker Shad in 15 or 16 ft. of water.

Our hours are 7- 7.
